The card
Earning Points at Elements Casino Chilliwack
Encore Rewards is BCLC's loyalty card for B.C. casinos, and the casino in Chilliwack links to it from its own pages. The step-by-step check below shows what the card counts on an evening for two, and what it does not.
Planned by the concierge deskChecked October 5, 2026
Getting a card
Encore Rewards costs nothing, and a card can be set up online or in person at the casino on Young Road. Either of you can join. Both of you must be at least 19 to get through the casino door, since that is the minimum gambling age in British Columbia.
Cards already in hand still leave one thing to pack for Young Road: photo ID. Security at any B.C. casino asks each guest for government-issued photo ID, scans it and compares the name with the register of those who are refused entry.
The card, step by step
Tell the desk who has a card and what is on the plan; the card shows what counts.

What counts on the card
- Dining: $1 spent = 1 point, which is how dinner shows up on the card.
- Slot machines: $1 bet = 1 point.
- Electronic table games: $5 bet = 1 point.
- Live table games: these earn points as well, but no rate is given here.
Four tiers by name
The program has four tiers, starting at Single Diamond, then Double Diamond, then Triple Diamond, with Elite at the top. This page does not cover the requirements for reaching each tier or the benefits each one offers. Those details sit with the program, and the concierge desk prefers to omit them rather than guess.
Limits with PlayPlanner
PlayPlanner comes with Encore Rewards. On it, a card holder can set personal limits on time and money and see a record of wins and losses. The limits are personal, so each member sets their own.
Should either of you want to discuss a limit during the evening, a GameSense Advisor is on hand at each B.C. casino, Chilliwack included.
Asked at the concierge desk
- Does dinner count the same as play?
- The rates differ: dining earns 1 point for every $1 spent, slots 1 point for every $1 bet, and electronic table games 1 point for every $5 bet. Live table games earn points too, with no rate given.
- Does the card cost anything?
- Encore Rewards is free. A card can be set up online or in person at the casino.
- Does bingo earn points?
- The earning rates cover slots, electronic table games, dining and live table games. Bingo is not among them, so the desk cannot say it earns points. A call to 604-701-3800 can confirm it.
